After four years of hosting free headshot events for veterans, Jon Meadows of High-End Headshots formed a partnership with Jesse Sieff of Sieff Studios called Creative Transitions, which is the organization behind Saturday's event.

The two brought together a team of event planners, camera operators and support networks to create the first Career Development Convention at Army Navy Country Club, an expansion of the previous headshot events.
