Carjacking On Columbia Pike In Arlington Under Investigation: Police
Arlington County police are investigating an armed carjacking that occurred Friday night in the 5500 block of Columbia Pike.
ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County police are investigating an armed carjacking that occurred Friday night on Columbia Pike.
Shortly after 11 p.m. on Friday, a man was getting into his parked vehicle in the 5500 block of Columbia Pike when two male suspects approached him, brandished a gun and demanded the man’s belongings.
The man got out of his car and the suspects got in the car and fled the scene. The victim’s vehicle was later found “in the area,” police said.

The suspects are described as Black males wearing ski masks, about 5-feet, 10-inches to 6-feet tall. One of the suspects has a skinny-build, while the other is heavy-set, police said.
