Carjacking In Crystal City Under Investigation By Arlington Police
Arlington County police are investigating a carjacking that occurred early Sunday morning in Crystal City and involved three suspects.
ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County police are investigating a carjacking that occurred early Sunday morning in Crystal City and involved three suspects.
At about 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, a man was inside his parked vehicle near the corner of 23rd Street S. and S. Eads Street when a vehicle approached. Three suspects got out of the vehicle, brandished guns and demanded the man’s vehicle, according to police.
At least one of the suspects left the scene in their vehicle, a dark-colored sedan, followed by one of the suspects driving the victim’s stolen vehicle. The victim was not injured in the carjacking, police said.

The suspects are described as three Black males in their 20s wearing ski masks. The victim’s vehicle is described as a white 2017 BMW 420i with Mississippi license plate JEA8255.
