Chopt To Move Into New 'Sustainability-Focused' Location In Rosslyn
Chopt is moving its Rosslyn restaurant one door down to a new "sustainability-focused and contact-free" storefront in Arlington.

ARLINGTON, VA — Chopt is moving its Rosslyn restaurant one door down to a new “sustainability-focused and contact-free” storefront on N. Lynn Street in Arlington.
The new location, at 1735 N. Lynn Street in the International Place building, will feature new QR code tableside ordering and delivery, and three self-serve kiosks to offer customers a contactless ordering process.
Similar to its new location in Ballston, Chopt’s new site in Rosslyn reduces its environmental impact with a smaller spatial footprint that cuts square footage down by 55 percent and energy-efficient kitchenware and HVAC system that lowers energy consumption by 30 percent.

“We work with industry experts to help us review energy use and GHG [greenhouse gas] emissions by location to give us a better understanding of how to improve practices and minimize our impact,” Chopt CEO Nick Marsh said in a statement Tuesday.
The new Chopt in Rosslyn, which will feature the restaurant’s classic and customizable salads, wraps and bowls, will open on Nov. 28. Its hours will be Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
