On the Road

As of 7:30 a.m., a crash was reported on eastbound VA-267/Dulles Toll Rd eastbound after Wiehle Ave (#13). Two left lanes are getting by.

A disabled bus was reported on the I-395 Express Lanes northbound ramp to the Pentagon in Arlington County as of 7:32 a.m. Drivers should proceed with caution.

As of 7:17 a.m., a disabled truck was reported on the inner loop of I-495/Beltway before Braddock Rd (#54). The left lane is blocked.

Crews are conducting road widening work on northbound VA-123 on the ramp to I-66 west in Fairfax County. With northbound travel lanes on the ramp closed, expect delays.

As of 6:47 a.m., a crash was reported on I-95 northbound near Lorton. Drivers should stay alert on the left side. All lanes open but delays remain.

A crash was reported on VA-286/Fairfax County Pkwy southbound at Terminal Rd. As of 6:46 a.m., drivers should proceed with caution.

In D.C., a crash was reported on I-295 northbound after Malcolm X Ave. SE (#2). As of 7:27 a.m., all lanes are open but delays remain.

In Maryland, a crash was reported on the inner loop of I-495/Beltway near I-295. As of 7:20 a.m., drivers should proceed with caution.

On the Rails

Blue Line service is not operating south of Reagan National Airport through Nov. 5 due to Metro's Blue and Yellow Line construction. Shuttle buses and other alternatives are available. There is no Yellow Line service, with Blue and Green Line service replacing Yellow Line service.

Weather

A frost advisory is in effect on Wednesday until 9 a.m. Otherwise, partly sunny, with a high near 55. Southwest wind 6 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph. Mostly clear Wednesday night, with a low around 37.
