On the Road
As of 7:18 a.m., a crash was reported on I-395 northbound in Arlington County before the 14th Street Bridge. Drivers should stay alert on the right side. All lanes are open but delays remain.
A crash was reported on I-66 eastbound before US-29/Centreville (#52) as of 7:15 a.m. Drivers should stay alert on the left side.

As of 7:02 a.m., a crash was reported on I-95 at mile marker 158.8, 0.2mi north of VA-294 Exit158, in Prince William County. No lanes are closed.
As of 7:22 a.m., a disabled vehicle was reported northbound I-495 at mile marker 54.6, 0.2 miles north of Rt. 620, Exit 55, in Fairfax County. No lanes are closed.
As of 7:25 a.m., a crash on I-395 northbound after VA-236/Duke St (#3A) has been cleared. All lanes are open but delays remain.
In Maryland, a crash was reported on the inner loop of I-495/Beltway near MD-414/St Barnabas Rd (#4) at 6:55 a.m. Drivers should stay alert on the right side.
As of 6:51 a.m., a crash was reported on the I-495/Beltway outer loop after MD-97/Georgia Ave (#31). Drivers should stay alert on the right side.
On the Rails
Blue Line service is not operating south of Reagan National Airport through Nov. 5 due to Metro's Blue and Yellow Line construction. Shuttle buses and other alternatives are available. There is no Yellow Line service, with Blue and Green Line service replacing Yellow Line service.
Weather
Expect sunny weather on Tuesday, with a high near 72. Tuesday night will be mostly clear, with a low around 49, according to forecasters.
