On the Road
A disabled vehicle was reported at 7:13 a.m. on southbound George Washington Pkwy between VA-123/Chain Bridge Rd. and the scenic overlooks. The right lane is blocked.
As of 6:56 a.m., a crash involving a motorcycle was reported on the westbound side of VA-267/Dulles Toll Rd. after VA-286/Fairfax County Pkwy. Drivers should stay alert on the left side.

A crash was reported at 7:28 a.m. on the southbound side of the Baltimore-Washington Pkwy near MD-410. A single lane is getting by.
As of 7:12 a.m., a crash was reported on the local lanes of the inner loop of I-495/Beltway near I-295 in Maryland. The left lane is blocked.
A crash on VA-193/Georgetown Pike is slowing traffic in both directions between Walker Rd/Great Falls and Leigh Mill Rd. as of 6:45 a.m. Drivers should proceed with caution.
As of 6:41 a.m., a crash was reported on the outer loop of I-495/Beltway near MD-190/River Rd. The right side is blocked.
A crash was reported on the outer loop of I-495/Beltway near MD-187/Old Georgetown Rd. All lanes are open but delays remain as of 7:16 a.m.
In D.C., a crash was reported at 6:55 a.m. on DC-295 southbound near I-695/11th Street Bridge (#1B). Drivers should proceed with caution.
On the Rails
On Metro's Red Line, riders can expect residual delays Monday morning in the direction of Glenmont due to an earlier train malfunction at Silver Spring.
Blue Line service is not operating south of Reagan National Airport through Nov. 5 due to Metro's Blue and Yellow Line construction. Shuttle buses and other alternatives are available. There is no Yellow Line service, with Blue and Green Line service replacing Yellow Line service.
Weather
Expect patchy fog Monday morning and a chance of drizzle. Otherwise, the day will be cloudy, with a high in the mid-60s. Monday night will be mostly cloudy, with a chance of drizzle after midnight, according to the National Weather Service.
