Holiday Season At Fashion Centre at Pentagon City Kicks Off With Santa

ARLINGTON, VA — Fashion Centre at Pentagon City is hosting several holiday events at the mall this year, with an appearance by Santa kicking off the holiday season on Friday.

After his arrival on Friday, Santa will be available for photos each day through Dec. 24. Reservations, which are recommended for Santa photos, will allow visitors to skip the line and take photos with Santa at a pre-planned time.

Fashion Centre will also host a 2022 Breakfast With Santa at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel at Pentagon City on Saturday, Dec. 3 and Saturday, Dec. 17. Tickets are $65 per guest.

On Dec. 4, children with special needs and their families are invited to visit Caring Santa, a private photo experience designed for children and young adults in need of a more sensory-friendly environment. Children will have the opportunity to visit with Santa and have their photo taken with him.

Reservations are required for the Caring Santa photo opportunity.

Fashion Centre also will be hosting Pet Photos With Santa on Sunday, Dec. 11, where shoppers can bring their pets to pose with Santa.

The Salvation Army Angel Tree, a program where donors can select to purchase items for local children in need, will be located next to the Santa set from Nov. 18 through Dec. 9.

Charitable gift wrapping will take place at the mall from Dec. 16-24, with proceeds benefiting the Simon Youth Foundation.

Shoppers will get to enjoy complimentary hot chocolate on Saturdays and Sundays between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Also, shoppers who spend $500 or more on a single day purchase —receipts must be dated Nov. 25 to Dec. 24 — will be rewarded with a paid parking garage voucher at guest services.
