I-66 Truck Crash, Delays On I-95 In Springfield: NoVA Morning Traffic

On the Road
A crash was reported on I-95 northbound near VA-644/Old Keene Mill Rd. in Fairfax County. As of 7:25 a.m., the left side was blocked.
A crash involving an overturned truck was reported at 7:31 a.m. on I-66 westbound after VA-286/Fairfax County Parkway (#55). Three westbound travel lanes are closed.

A disabled vehicle, reported on I-395 northbound near Boundary Channel Dr (#10A), has been cleared as of 7:26 a.m. All lanes are now open, but delays remain.
A disabled vehicle was reported on southbound I-95 at mile marker 151.5, 0.6 miles north of Route 619, Exit 150B, in Prince William County. As of 7:28 a.m., no lanes were closed.
On the Rails
Blue Line service is not operating south of Reagan National Airport through Nov. 5 due to Metro's Blue and Yellow Line construction. Shuttle buses and other alternatives are available. There is no Yellow Line service, with Blue and Green Line service replacing Yellow Line service.
Weather
Scattered rain showers are likely on Monday after 2 p.m., with temperatures reaching 66 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Showers are likely to continue Monday night, with a low around 57. "Unfortunately, trick-or-treaters may have to dodge some showers, but it’s not a washout," the Washington Post's Capital Weather Gang reported.
