Juvenile Sexually Assaulted In Arlington Mall, Suspect Arrested
A Washington, DC man was arrested for sexual battery after he allegedly touched a minor inappropriately inside an Arlington mall.

ARLINGTON, VA — A Washington, DC man was arrested for sexual battery after he allegedly touched a minor inappropriately inside an Arlington mall, police said.
The incident took place at about 12:18 p.m. Tuesday at The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City in the 1100 block of S. Hayes St. Arriving officers determined that a male suspect allegedly touched a minor in a sexual way while inside a store, police said.
During the investigation, officers identified a possible suspect based on the description provided by witnesses. The suspect was identified as Rivera Barmett, 26. Officers located Barmett and took him into custody without incident.

Barmett was charged with sexual battery and was held without bond.
