Luxury Westmont Apartments In Arlington Ready For Immediate Move-Ins

ARLINGTON, VA —Residences in the Westmont Apartments, in the redeveloped Westmont Shopping Center at the corner of South Glebe Road and Columbia Pike in Arlington, are now available for lease, with immediate move-ins available.

The apartments, with "spacious floor plans and luxury lifestyle amenities," are in the newly constructed 258,000-square-foot mixed-use building at 925 South Glebe Road that boasts 250 residences and about 20,000 square feet of street-level retail space.

Westmont Apartments, developed by Republic Properties Corp., offers one and two-bedroom floor plans that range from 600 square feet to more than 1,200 square feet on six levels. The apartments feature quartz countertops, GE appliances, Kohler fixtures, and wood-style flooring. The building comes with 343 parking spaces in its secure garage.

The building’s architecture was led by Lessard Design Inc. of Vienna. Akseizer Design Group of Alexandria oversaw the Westmont Apartments’ interior design.

The building features a grand double-height lobby with fireplace; a resident lounge, library and game room; co-working spaces with private conference rooms; a cardio/weight room and private fitness studio; a large dog park and fully equipped pet spa; automated package lockers and secure bike storage; and a 14,000-square-foot courtyard with firepit and grills.
