ARLINGTON, VA — An 18-year-old Arlington man is facing an indecent exposure charge following an incident that took place early Friday morning in the Arlington Mill area.

An Arlington County Police officer was at Ninth Street South at South Dinwiddie Street around 1:25 a.m. on Friday investigating another incident, when he saw a man acting disorderly and exposing himself at the intersection.

The officer arrested the suspect, later identified as Edenilson Majia Santos of Arlington, and charged him with indecent exposure and public intoxication, according to ACPD.
