ARLINGTON, VA — A 56-year-old man pleaded guilty in federal court on Thursday to abusive sexual contact aboard a flight from Boston Logan International Airport to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Arlington, according to court documents.
On June 6, Darrell Ray Seale, an American who lives in the United Arab Emirates, admitted that he had intentionally touched himself and another passenger in a sexual manner without the victim’s consent as the plane made its ascent, according to court records.
"After the victim gestured for Seale to stop, Seale removed his hand, but later again started touching the victim without the victim’s consent," court records say. "Shortly afterward, the victim notified a flight attendant and was reseated for the remainder of the flight. Seale’s actions were witnessed by a third passenger."
