Man Caught Touching Himself In Vehicle In Rosslyn: Police

ARLINGTON, VA -- A man faces multiple charges after police say he was caught touching himself inappropriately in a vehicle in Rosslyn over the weekend.

Police were called to the intersection of 16th Street N and N. Piece Street at around 12:51 p.m. on June 1 to a report of a subject masturbating in public, according to a report from the Arlington County Police Department.

"[T]he victim allegedly observed the suspect expose himself and masturbate inside of his vehicle," the report states. "Arriving officers made contact with the suspect and he was taken into custody without incident. The suspect was later determined to also be in possession of marijuana."

Police arrested 22-year-old George Hawkins of Arlington on charges of public masturbation, indecent exposure, and possession of marijuana.
