Man Charged With Public Masturbation At Arlington Pickleball Courts
Arlington County police identified a suspect in a public masturbation incident at the pickleball courts at the Walter Reed Community Center.

ARLINGTON, VA — An Arlington man has been charged with public masturbation and peeping at a business last Friday and has been identified as a suspect in a separate public masturbation incident at the pickleball courts at the Walter Reed Community Center in May, according to police.
Alexei Rodriguez, 49, was charged with two counts of public masturbation and peeping, the Arlington County Police Department said Wednesday. He is being held without bond in the Arlington County Detention Facility.
At about 1:45 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 4, police were dispatched to the 1000 block of S. Edgewood Street, near the intersection of Columbia Pike and S. Walter Reed Rive, for a report of a peeping Tom.

When police arrived, they learned that shortly before 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 3, the occupants of a business saw the suspect peeping through a window and masturbating before leaving the scene on foot. Officers identified the suspect and obtained warrants for his arrest. Rodriguez was taken into custody Monday morning, police said.
As part of their investigation, officers identified Rodriguez as the suspect in an exposure incident at the pickleball courts from May and obtained an additional arrest warrant.

At about 10:45 a.m. on May 3, a patrol officer was contacted by a community member about a male suspect allegedly observed masturbating by the pickleball courts at the Walter Reed Community Center at 2909 16th Street S., police said.
