Man Exposes Himself To Woman In Courthouse: Police

ARLINGTON, VA — Police are searching for a man who exposed himself to a woman in Court House early Tuesday morning, police said.

The female victim said she was walking at 14th Street N. at N. Rolfe Street at about 12:15 a.m. when an unknown suspect approached her from behind, police said. The man then allegedly exposed his genitals to her and brushed against her, police said.

Police describe the suspect as a "darker skinned male," about 5'5" with a thin to medium build and a mustache. He was wearing dark jeans and a black sweatshirt at the time of the incident, police said. The investigation is ongoing.
