Man Injured In Arlington Shooting, Suspect Wanted: Police
A man was injured in a shooting in the 1000 block of South Frederick St. Police are still looking for the suspect.

ARLINGTON, VA — One man was injured in a shooting in Arlington Wednesday morning, and the suspect is still on the loose, police said.
The shooting happened at about 7:04 a.m. in the 1000 block of South Frederick St., near Columbia Grove apartments, police said.
The man suffered non-life threatening injuries and was transported to George Washington University Hospital.

Police describe the suspect as a black male with a thin build and dreadlocks. He was seen wearing a gray hoodie. Officers searched the area with K9 units and are continuing to look for the suspect.

Officers said this appears to be an isolated incident and there is no indication of a larger threat to the community.
