Man Suspected Of Holding Phone Under Female's Dress In Pentagon City
Arlington police are looking for a man who is suspected of holding a phone under a female's dress Tuesday night in the Pentagon City area.
ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County police are looking for a man who is suspected of holding a phone under a female’s dress Tuesday night in the Pentagon City area.
Police were dispatched to the 1100 block of South Hayes Street around 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Upon arrival, they learned that a female was riding an escalator when she saw a man holding the phone under her dress. The female confronted the man, who then ran from the area, police said.
Police officers could not find the man after arriving on the scene.

The suspect is described as a Black male between 25 and 30 years old, about 5-feet, 9-inches tall and wearing a red zipped jacket or hoodie.
