Man Threatens Woman With Scissors In Crystal City Restaurant: Police
A man was arrested after he threatened a woman with a pair of scissors in a Crystal City, Arlington restaurant Wednesday, police said.

Neal Jesspace, 49, of Jamestown, Indiana was arrested and charged with malicious wounding. He was held on no bond.
Police said they were called to the 2200 block of Crystal Dr. at about 5:24 p.m. Wednesday for the report of a fight in progress. Jesspace allegedly entered a restaurant, approached a female victim, placed his arm around her neck and threatened her with a pair of scissors, police told Patch.

Witnesses came to the aide of the female victim, intervened and detained the suspect until police arrived.
