Man Touches Himself In Fitting Rooms At Pentagon City Mall: Cops
Several children were in the area when they noticed the man, police say.

ARLINGTON, VA -- Police are searching for a suspect after a man exposed himself and then started touching himself in fitting rooms at a local mall with children present.
Police were called to the 1100 block of S. Hayes Street -- the address of the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City -- at around 7:11 p.m. on Jan. 11 to a report of an indecent exposure, according to a report from the Arlington County Police Department.
"Upon arrival, it was determined that the juvenile victims were in the area of the fitting rooms inside of a business when they observed a male expose himself and touch himself inappropriately," the report states.

Police described the suspect as follows: "25-35 years old, taller than 6’1”, approximately 190 lbs., with short black hair, brown eyes, scruff on his face, wearing a dark gray shirt, black jacket and black jeans."
