Man Touches Himself In Front Of Cops In Arlington: Police

ARLINGTON, VA -- A man was arrested after he was observed "touching himself inappropriately" and continued to do so after police arrived, police say.

Police were called to the 4200 block of Campbell Avenue at around 2:10 p.m. on Saturday to a report of an exposure, according to a report from the Arlington County Police Department.

"Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim observed the male suspect allegedly touching himself inappropriately," the report states. "Arriving officers located the suspect and observed the suspect continue to touch himself inappropriately and took him into custody without incident."

Police charged 55-year-old Michael Scott with public masturbation.
