Livestream UVA Memorial Service For Slain Football Players On Saturday
A University of Virginia memorial service for three football players killed on Dec. 13 will be livestreamed at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA — A University of Virginia memorial service for three football players shot and killed Sunday night will be held Saturday at 3:30 p.m. in John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville.
The service, which will also be livestreamed, will honor UVA football players Devin Chandler, Lavel Davis Jr. and D’Sean Perry, who were killed, and football player Mike Hollins and student Marlee Morgan, who were wounded.
UVA President Jim Ryan said Saturday’s memorial will offer an opportunity for the community to come together to honor the victims, to support one another, and to share the struggle of dealing with grief after such a traumatic experience.

The UVA home football game against Coastal Carolina University, originally set for Saturday, has been canceled. No decision about playing the Nov. 26 season finale at Virginia Tech has been made.

This weekend, the members of all Atlantic Coast Conference football teams will wear special decals on their helmets to honor Perry, Davis and Chandler, and all ACC home games will begin with a moment of silence.
