Police Search For Attempted Robbery Suspect In Arlington
The U.S. Park Police aided Arlington County cops Wednesday in a search for a man wanted for an attempted robbery in Arlington.

ARLINGTON, VA — The U.S. Park Police aided Arlington County cops Wednesday in a search for a man wanted for an attempted robbery, but the search was negative, police said.
Police used a U.S. Park Police helicopter to try to locate the man wanted for an attempted robbery in Arlington on Oct. 31. An officer allegedly saw the suspect in the area of Lee Highway and Lynn Street Wednesday, but he ran away, police said.
Officers searched the Rosslyn area, but were unable to locate the man. The suspect is described by police as a white man, about 5-foot-10 with shoulder-length blonde hair and blue eyes. He has a tattoo on the right side of his neck and was last seen wearing dark pants, police said.

The suspect is accused of walking up to a man in a park and demanding money from him on Oct. 31, police said. The incident occurred in the 1300 block of Lee Highway.
