ARLINGTON, VA — PrettyLittleThing, a U.K.-based online fashion retailer, will be making a stop at Marymount University in Arlington on Monday, Sept. 25 as part of its East Coast pop-up shop tour.

All customers are invited to visit the PrettyLittleThing pop-up shop to update their wardrobes, even if they don’t attend Marymount University. The brand has teamed up with Marymount and other colleges on its fall pop-up shop tour.

As an online company, this is a rare opportunity to see PrettyLittleThing clothes, accessories and more in person.

"We are very excited to be able to bring our pop-up to campuses across the East Coast," Nicki Capstick, chief marketing officer of PrettyLittleThing, said in a statement. "This will be the first time our customers are able to experience the PrettyLittleThing brand in the USA in real life."

The brand has seen rapid sales growth in the U.S. since its launch in 2016, Capstick said. "With the opening of our warehouse in Philadelphia this August, our fast delivery proposition brings us so much closer to our customers in this market," she said.

At the pop-up, customers will be offered the chance to Spin the Wheel to win a bronze, silver, or gold goody bag full of PrettyLittleThing products. The pop-up will also be giving away smaller goodies such as PLT fans, candies and a chance to meet and greet with PLT Ambassadors.

PrettyLittleThing was founded in 2012 for the 16- to 35-year-old customer "who wants fast, affordable fashion and who shops for the weekend, every weekend."

"Our brand promise has always been to solve all of those 'nothing to wear' dilemmas by dropping hundreds of new products daily," the company says on its website. "With a weekly site refresh of up to 1000 styles, we pride ourselves on constantly delivering an enhanced and interactive shopping experience every time our customers visit."
