Rape In Rosslyn Apartment Under Investigation By Arlington Police

An unknown male suspect gained entry into the victim's residence in Rosslyn, entered her bedroom and then raped her, Arlington Police said.

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County police are investigating a rape that occurred early Sunday morning in an apartment in Rosslyn.

At about 12:20 a.m. on Sunday, police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Clarendon Boulevard in Rosslyn for the report of a rape.

An unknown male suspect gained entry into the victim’s residence, entered her bedroom and threatened her, police said. The suspect then raped the victim before fleeing the residence on foot, according to police.

The suspect is described as a tall, Black male with a skinny build and shorter, curly hair, police said.
