Sexual Battery Reported In Arlington Mill, Suspect Sought

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are asking the public’s help in locating a suspect wanted in connection to a sexual assault Wednesday night in the Arlington Mill area.

A woman reported to police that a man came up from behind and grabbed her buttocks as she was walking near Eighth Road South at South Greenbrier Street around 6:50 p.m. Wednesday, according to the incident report. The man then ran off.

Although officers searched the area, no suspect was located.

Police described the assailant as a heavy-set Hispanic man, about 30 years old and 5-foot-6 in height. He was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, black gloves and a hoodie.
