Shooting In Arlington, Police Investigating
One person was taken to the hospital after a shooting in Arlington Tuesday night.

ARLINGTON, VA -- An investigation is underway in Arlington after someone was shot in the Nauck neighborhood.
Police responded to the 2300 block of S. Nelson Street, where they found one victim who had to be transported to an area hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening, Arlington County Police tweeted at 9:47 p.m. Tuesday.
"Based on the preliminary investigation, this incident appears to involve known individuals," police added. "This remains an active investigation and there is no known threat to the community."
