Youths Threaten, Rob Person Sitting Outside In Arlington: Police
A person was sitting at an outside table when three youths approached and threatened him, police say.

ARLINGTON, VA — Police are investigating after they say a group of three boys who may have been as young as 13 threatened and then robbed someone sitting at an outside table in Pentagon City.
Police were called to the 1100 block of S. Hayes Street at around 3:48 p.m. on Oct. 31 to a report of a robbery, according to a report from the Arlington County Police Department.
"[T]he victim was sitting at an outside table when he was approached by the three suspects, one of whom asked the victim a question and sat down with him," the report states. "The victim began walking away when the suspects followed him and asked for his phone. The victim declined and placed his phone in his pocket, however, one suspect then threatened him."

The suspects stole his phone and fled before police arrived, the report adds.
Police described the suspect as black, 5'7"-5'9", and 13-16 years old.
