Brunch-Centric Restaurant Plans New Location In Ashburn Area

BRAMBLETON, VA — Whether you're a breakfast person or like to combine two meals into brunch, a new restaurant coming to Brambleton specializes in it all.

Brambleton Town Center announced that Another Broken Egg Cafe will open at the Bram Quarter. That's the emerging shopping center where Paris Baguette opened to fanfare last year. There is no opening date for the restaurant yet.

Another Broken Egg Cafe serves breakfast, brunch and lunch. Its website says the restaurant serves " southern-inspired culinary innovation and 'craveably' delicious dishes."

Some of its menu items include chicken and waffles, crab Benedict, Mardis Gras omelette and cinnamon roll French toast. For lunch, salads, sandwiches, burgers, gumbo and more get added to the menu. Rotating seasonal offerings may be offered for a limited time. Meals can be paired with mocktails, cocktails, spiked coffees and Bloody Marys.

The franchise has locations in numerous U.S. states. The Brambleton location will be the third in Virginia, joining ones in Virginia Beach and Williamsburg.
