Ashburn Crime: Graffiti in Belmont Country Club, Cars Shot by BBs, Larceny

The latest incidents reported to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Charges Pending Following BB Damage to Vehicles
After receiving multiple reports of vehicles damaged by unknowns objects in the area of Ferncliff Terrace and Louisa Drive in Ashburn shortly after 2 a.m. July 26, deputies canvassed the area. In all, officers found six vehicles with windows damaged by a bb. Charges are pending against suspect stopped by a deputy who pulled a suspect vehicle over.

Additional reported activity in Ashburn:

  • Landscaping lights were reported damaged along Medalist Road and graffiti was reported in the area of Baltursrol Terrace and Tournament Parkway in Belmont Country Club July 18-21. Additional incidents have also been reported, according to a recent message from the BCC Board of Directors.
  • A vehicle reported stolen from Frederick County was located on the 22000 block of Water Run Court just before 4 p.m. July 19.
  • A window was reported damaged, but nothing was reported taken, from the 43200 block of Somerset Hills Terrace around 8 p.m. July 20.
  • Three bicycles were reported taken from the 43100 block of Thistledown Terrace between 11:30 p.m. July 20 and 11:31 p.m. July 23. Two of the bicycles were recovered.
  • A bicycle was reported taken from the 21000 block of Mossy Glen Terrace around 10 a.m. July 19.
  • A kitchen appliance was reported taken from a home under construction on the 41600 block of Ramblin Court between noon July 20 and 8:16 a.m. July 22.
  • A bicycle was reported taken from the 20600 block of Meadowthrash Court at 5:36 a.m. July 22.
