Loudoun Sheriff Mike Chapman and motor units with the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office(LCSO) and the Fairfax County Police Department organized a surprise escort for Joshua and Jacob, who are twins, to Belmont Station Elementary School in Ashburn on Friday, according to the LCSO.
