Community Heath Day at Ashburn Chiropractic Saturday
Residents are invited to learn more about getting and staying healthy.

Learn more about hypnosis, massage, reflexology and more during Community Health Day from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at Ashburn Chiropractic & Rehab Center, 44121 Harry Byrd Highway, Suite 125.
“Saturday’s event has something for everyone,” said Dr. Jessica Howard, of Ashburn Chiropractic. “Whether you are in the market for a new chiropractor or you want to learn ways to keep yourself and your family healthy, the Ashburn Chiropractic & Rehab Center Community Health Day will provide some excellent answers to getting healthy and staying that way.”
Howard, a Sherman College graduate, specializes in Upper Cervical Chiropractic Care and enjoys educating and empowering people to live healthier and happier lives. She will be doing free spinal and scoliosis screenings.

Ashburn Chiropractic & Rehab Center asks attendees to bring gently used or new warm clothing to support the winter clothing drive. Coats, blankets, mittens, gloves, hats and scarves are needed and will be donated to local charities.
