“Cooper’s Hawk will be a welcome addition to the Loudoun County restaurant scene,” said Andrew Rose of Next Realty, the winery's exclusive broker. “It’s a perfect complement to a county with so many emerging vineyards, and where wine is such a part of the local culture. Moreover, it is a great fit with Whole Foods, who, like Cooper’s Hawk, is opening their first store in Loudoun County at Belmont Chase,” he added in a statement.
The Loudoun location will be Cooper Hawk's 20th U.S. restaurant. The winery is slated to open February 2015 and a Richmond, VA location is scheduled to open later this year.
