Driver in Ashburn Car Crash Flown to Hospital
An intersection collision left one driver with non-life-threatening injuries.

A car crash in Ashburn at the Marblehead Drive and Gloucester Parkway intersection caused one driver non-life-threatening injuries, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
As the driver of a 1994 Isuzu box truck was going westbound on Gloucester Parkway towards Marblehead Drive, the driver of a 2001 Toyota Prius was going southbound on Marblehead Drive toward Gloucester Parkway. The two collided at 9:14 a.m. Tuesday when the driver of the Toyota drove into the intersection without seeing the Isuzu.
The driver of the Toyota suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was flown to Inova Fairfax Hospital. The same driver was cited for Failure to Yield Right of Way.
