STERLING, VA — As the days of the Dulles Expo Center in Chantilly are numbered, another expo center will emerge in Loudoun County.

As reported by The Burn and other media outlets, Dulles Town Center in Sterling announced a space called DTC Expo & Event Center to open in quarter two of 2026. The plans call for the expo and event center to occupy the former Lord & Taylor store.

More entertainment uses have been introduced to the mall as the owner seeks to revitalize it. The 810 Entertainment location, which will have bowling, billiards, food and more, is showing signs of construction progress. In spring, an open air market run by EatLoco Farmers Markets launched on Sundays. The Burn reported that other uses planned at the mall are Sky Zone Trampoline Park, toddler play experience Cloudbound and Libero volleyball training facility.
