Graffiti Found in Clairborne Pkwy Pedestrian Tunnel

A new case of graffiti in Ashburn was reported Saturday at a Clairborne Parkway pedestrian tunnel.

Another case of graffiti in Ashburn has been reported by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.

The latest incident happened in the early hours of Oct. 18 at the 21900 block of Clairborne Parkway in Ashburn.

The graffiti was found spray painted inside a pedestrian tunnel.

Since July, there have been 18 reported cases of of graffiti that are possibly linked. Recent cases have included language that disparages the Hindu culture. The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office did not indicate whether this incident was related to a string of vandalism incidents in recent weeks.

Earlier this month, nearly 200 residents packed a community forum on the issue and there is a $1,000 cash reward for information that leads to an arrest in those incidents.
