Man Exposes Himself to a Female Resident in Sterling

On September 16th, at 10:30pm, a resident at the 23000 block of Douglas Court in Sterling was a victim of indecent exposure, according to a report from the Loudoun County Sheriff’s office.

The victim reported that she was walking in the area when an unknown male exposed himself to her and continued to walk behind her.

According to police reports, the subject left the area after encountering other people in the area.

The subject was described as a black male in his 20’s with his hair styled in cornrows.

He was wearing a black shirt and tan colored pants and was carrying a backpack with a red stripe across it at the time of the incident.
