A man blasting loud music from his vehicle radio was arrested after trying to bite a deputy and then kicking officers in Ashburn: LCSO.

ASHBURN, VA—A man blasting loud music from his vehicle radio was arrested Sunday after trying to bite a deputy and then kicking officers in the 22500 block of Highcroft Terrace, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Gabriel Bello Navarro, 35, of Arlington, was charged with two counts of assault and battery on law enforcement, public intoxication and obstruction of justice.
Shortly before 6:15 a.m., police responded to the scene for a noise complaint. They found a man standing beside a vehicle from which loud music was being played. He apparently didn't heed instructions to tone it down, so police arrested him—but not before he tried to bite an officer and then kicked deputies. He was being held with no bond.
