Man Performs Sex Act In Front Of Boy At Mall In Sterling: LCSO
Authorities are looking for a man who exposed himself and performed a sexual act in front of a boy at Dulles Town Center, says the LCSO.
STERLING, VA—Authorities are looking for a man who exposed himself and performed a sexual act in front of a teenage boy inside a bathroom at Dulles Town Center in the 21100 block of Dulles Town Circle, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
He's described as Hispanic, in his 20s, around 5-7 with a medium, muscular build and short black hair. He was wearing a dark blue t-shirt, dark pants and was carrying a backpack.
Around 2 p.m., the teenager reported being in a bathroom at the shopping complex when he came across and unknown man exposing himself and performing a sexual act. The boy then left the bathroom, and the suspect made no physical contact with the teen. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 703-777-0407.
