Man Performs Sex Act At Gas Station In Ashburn: LCSO

ASHBURN, VA—A man was arrested Wednesday morning after performing a sex outside a gas station in the 22000 block of Highview Trail Place, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Andrew J. Hambleton, 22, of Bristow, was charged with indecent exposure.

Around 8: 45 a.m., police responded to an Exxon parking at the aforementioned address for a reported indecent incident. They verified that Hambleton had been performing a sex act in his vehicle. He was located, arrested and later released from jail on an unsecured bond.
