New Starbucks Location Opens Near Ashburn Metro

ASHBURN, VA — Residents can now get their caffeine fix at the Ashburn Metro-connected development.

Loudoun Station development property owner Comstock announced Thursday that Starbucks opened a 1,800-square-foot location at 22114 Gramercy Park Drive in Ashburn. The location is not listed as a drive-thru. Current listed hours are 5:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

"We are extremely thrilled that Starbucks is now officially open for business in Loudoun Station," said Tim Steffan, chief operating officer at Comstock, in a release. "This adds yet another best-in-class retail offering for the growing community and supports our long-term mission to make Loudoun Station a vibrant place to live, work, and gather."

Loudoun Station is Loudoun County's first development directly connected to Metro featuring retail, residential and office space. The development features more than 1 million square feet of space, and another 1.5 million square feet is planned with future expansions. Other restaurants in the works at Loudoun Station are Curry Pizza House and Juleps Kentucky Tavern.
