Posh Seven Studios Hosts Grand Opening Celebration

Posh Seven Studios, (www.studio.poshseven.com) formerly known as I Am Modern Magazine, has re-opened in a new location, with a new brand and workspace available for women entrepreneurs. 

The media company held a grand opening celebration Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at 44927 George Washington Blvd, Suite 120 in Ashburn, Va.  The building is located at University Commerce Center, near intersection of Route 7 and Loudoun County Parkway) next to Chick-Fil- A and the Primrose School.

“Our name may have changed, but our commitment to serving women has not wavered at all. This new location is the first bricks and mortar location that we have had since our founding, and we specifically chose Loudoun County because our core audience is here,” said Posh Seven owner Hulya Aksu.’’’

 Posh Seven Magazine has been in business for almost 8 years. The magazine was recently rebranded to the name Posh Seven to describe the area it covers around Route 7 and its demographic group of posh and savvy women. 

The event was an introduction to Posh Seven Studios, which will serve as a shared workspace for women entrepreneurs and small business owners.  The space will be available to approximately 20 people.

“Currently we are sharing space with Listenport, Farm to Fork, Ashburn Moon Senior Care, and Total Strategy.  We are planning for networking lunch and learn sessions, social events and other opportunities for our members,” Aksu said.

There will also be local artwork on display in the studios.  Aksu said they are currently featuring work from  Nelligan Gallery in Ashburn.
