Ice Cream Instead of Traffic Tickets From Halifax Police

Police in Halifax have spent the past several days randomly pulling over drivers to. . .give them an ice cream cone.

In a now-gone-viral video posted to the department's Facebook page, officer Brian Warren pulls over a driver and asks her, "Ma'am are you aware of vehicle code 1-7-3-9?"
