Meet A Future Leader In Blacksburg: Jonathan Braun

The future of Blacksburg is looking bright, thanks to the incredible young people working to strengthen our community. In partnership with T-Mobile, Patch is proud to spotlight future leaders like Jonathan Braun, who are making a positive impact in and around Blacksburg.
Jonathan, a 2024 graduate of Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business, earned both the Outstanding Pamplin Senior Award and the Blackwood Outstanding Senior Award for his academic excellence, leadership and community involvement. Graduating with a double major in Real Estate and Finance, Jonathan distinguished himself by participating on the Blackwood Department of Real Estate competition team, representing Virginia Tech at the ICSC Las Vegas convention and actively contributing to the Delta Sigma Pi fraternity.
Beyond academics, Jonathan’s dedication to philanthropy and leadership underscores his commitment to making a positive impact. His next chapter continues at Colliers, where he works as a Production Analyst while pursuing a Master’s in Business Analytics at Cornell University.
