Prom 2013: Burke Florist Demonstrates How Corsages are Made

Flowers 'N' Ferns owner Karen Lynn Fountain demonstrates how the popular Burke shop creates prom accessories for students.

It's officially prom season. In fact, some Burke seniors will attend prom this week since West Springfield High School's prom is Friday, May 31 at Fair Oaks Waterford in Fairfax.

Lake Braddock Secondary School's prom is Friday, June 7 at the Reston Hyatt in Reston. Additionally, Robinson Secondary School's prom is also on June 7 at Dulles Hyatt in Herndon.

That means Burke area seniors will be searching for corsages and boutonnieres to adorn dresses and tuxedos for the special night.
