Burke Student Studies In Tokyo

Megan Stevens is studying in Tokyo, Japan with other Susquehanna University students as part of the university's Global Opportunity program.

From Susquehanna University: Megan Stevens, of Burke, is studying in Tokyo, Japan, with 19 other students from Susquehanna University as part of the university's Global Opportunities (GO) program.

The GO Tokyo program connects students with various aspects of Japanese culture, society, education and history. Students interact with their Japanese peers to gain a better understanding of their own culture and the cultural similarities and differences they share with others. Program activities take place in the historical and modern city of Tokyo as well as Senshu University, the second oldest private university in Japan.

Stevens is an early childhood education major in the Class of 2018. A 2014 graduate of Lake Braddock Sec High School, she is the daughter of Paul Stevens and Jeanine Bogan-Stevens.
