City of Fairfax Band Salute to Veterans and Other Family Events

On March 23, 2204, families can attend a free performance. Catch the City of Fairfax Band Salute to Veterans at Fairfax High School Theatre in Fairfax, VA. All concerts are Handicapped Accessible.

Villa Advocacy Group hosts a Mommy Drop & Swap every Friday from 12-3pm at Villa HQ, Potomac Mills, Woodbridge, VA. “Take what you need. Give what you can.” This event is free and open to all moms. Ben & Jerry’s Free Cone Day is happening Tuesday, April 16, 2024 from 12:00 – 8:00 pm. Ice cream will be scooped by volunteers from Safespot Children’s Advocacy Center of Fairfax County – providing hope and healing for abused children. All donations received that day will benefit Safespot.

Eartha’s United Learning Advocacy (EULA) Program has successfully donated books to the local community, to include the United Service Organizations (USO). The goal of EULA is to provide organizations and independently owned daycare/preschools with quality books that make learning about staying healthy fun. Dream Ellison sponsors the EULA Program and looks forward to collaborating with other authors who focus on early education. In addition to opportunities to collaborate, the EULA Program is a proud supporter of the Fairfax County Park Foundation – McLean Central Park Playground.
