Generous Contributions Fuel 2025 Staff Appreciation Fund at Greenspring

Greenspring, the Erickson Senior Living community in Springfield, Va, distributed more than $461,830 to 816 eligible hourly team members through its 2025 Staff Appreciation Fund (SAF).

The SAF, made possible through contributions from generous residents, was dispersed during a special staff appreciation event on December 3. At the festive celebration, team members dressed in holiday attire were welcomed through a balloon archway adorned with the heartfelt message, “Thanks for all that you do.” The event featured live holiday music by The Surf Jaguars Band, ice cream novelties, fresh cinnamon donuts from a food truck, a raffle for an iPad, complimentary Greenspring-branded long-sleeve t-shirts, a fun on-site photo booth to capture the memories, and a special surprise appearance by Santa, Mrs. Claus, and the Grinch.

The gifts express residents’ gratitude for the exceptional services team members provide throughout the year to support an engaging, worry-free lifestyle.
