• Driver Pleads Guilty in Burke Centre Parkway Crash that Killed Teen Girl (northernvirginiamag.com) — A Burke Centre Parkway crash that killed a 17-year-old Robinson graduate has led to a guilty plea for involuntary manslaughter and safety changes restricting left turns from Burke Centre Shopping Center. Prosecutors say the other driver was going 87 mph in a 40 mph zone, and a judge will decide his sentence in March 2026. The victim’s family continues to push for justice and safer neighborhood roads.
