Wong’s family is hoping the driver comes forward. “[The driver is] probably living his normal life while we are just suffering, and we’re going through so much right now,” a family friend told WJLA.
Witnesses told police that the vehicle was a white Chevy Tahoe with front end damage. They said the driver did not stop or even slow down before and after hitting Wong.
